If Aspirants enrol in Job Placement Assistance Program then Aspirants get Job Placement Assistance service in Associates Companies or any other companies as per below guidelines.

  • If aspirants get 3.5 points or above rating with 80% attendance then (his / her) can be eligible to get placement assistance in group companies with a starting salary of 2.40 lakh per annum or above as CTC.
  • If aspirants get below 3.5 rating & attendance is less than 80% in both cases, Aspirants get 3 interviews in group companies or any other company in the market.

Aspirants have to negotiate the offers & terms and conditions of the joining as per the company policy where SkillIQ role is very limited to schedule the interview only.
