SkillIQ, a division of Intellitique Education Services LLP, is committed to maintaining transparency regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for its training programs, internship programs, workshops, certifications, and related services.
By enrolling in any program offered by SkillIQ, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All fees must be paid in advance through approved payment methods communicated by SkillIQ.

Enrollment shall be considered confirmed only after successful receipt of payment and issuance of an enrollment confirmation by SkillIQ.
Once a candidate enrolls in a training program, internship program, workshop, certification course, or any other paid service offered by SkillIQ, the seat is reserved and administrative, academic, and operational resources are allocated.
Accordingly:
Any request for batch transfer, postponement, or rescheduling shall be subject to management approval and availability.
SkillIQ reserves the sole right to approve or reject such requests.
Additional administrative charges may apply where applicable.
In rare circumstances where SkillIQ cancels a program before commencement due to insufficient enrollment, operational constraints, or unforeseen circumstances, candidates may be offered one of the following options:
The decision regarding the appropriate remedy shall remain at SkillIQ’s discretion.
In cases of duplicate transactions, excess payments, or verified technical payment errors, the excess amount may be refunded after verification.
Processing of such refunds may take up to 15 business days.
Fees paid for training, placement assistance, career guidance, interview preparation, resume support, mentorship, internship support, or related services are not linked to employment outcomes.
No refund shall be provided based on:
SkillIQ does not guarantee employment, job offers, salary packages, or career advancement.
Where access is provided to:
such access shall be deemed utilized once granted, and no refund shall be available on that basis.
SkillIQ shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or modifications caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
No refunds shall be payable solely due to such circumstances.
Where a refund is approved by SkillIQ, the amount shall be processed through the original payment method or any other method determined by SkillIQ.
Applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, bank charges, administrative charges, and other non-recoverable costs may be deducted where legally permissible.
SkillIQ reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on the website shall prevail.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or relating to payments, cancellations, refunds, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
